Rob Anderson, PresidentRob Anderson is a graduate of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. He earned his agri-business degree and now co-owns a farming operation with his family.
Rob is a lifelong resident of Lexington. He is currently involved with the Lexington Community Foundation and is a member of the United Methodist Church. He was previously involved with the Nebraska Farm Service Agency for eight years, two of which he served as chairman.
Natalie is Rob's wife, and together they have two girls. Joelly is a freshman at UNL and Camille is a Junior at LHS.
Amber Ackerson, Vice PresidentAmber Ackerson grew up in the small community of Polk, Nebraska, and is the youngest of three girls. She received her Juris Doctorate with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law and graduated in the top 20% of her class. With her legal degree, Amber Ackerson was a lawyer for Heldt & McKeone in Lexington and is now the Senior Vice President Human Capital for Orthman Manufacturing, Inc.
Amber is dedicated to her community. She has been president of Lexington Area United Way, as well as president of the Lexington Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also the Corporate Secretary on the Board of Directors for Orthman Manufacturing, Inc.
Amber is married to Brian Ackerson, and they have two beautiful daughters.
Tara Naprstek - Secretary/TreasurerTara Naprstek, Chief Financial Officer at Dawson Public Power District, received her Bachelor of Science in comprehensive business administration with an accounting emphasis from the University of Nebraska - Kearney. She is a CPA with a small tax practice. Her prior professional experience includes public accounting and finance management roles with banks, a manufacturer, and a non-profit organization.
She is originally from North Loup, Nebraska, Tara is very involved in the Lexington community. She's the president of the Lexington Area United Way and secretary/treasurer of the Council for Economic Development. Tara is a past president of the Lexington Area Chamber of Commerce and currently holds a position on that board.
Tara and her husband, Cody, a Lexington native, reside on a small acreage just outside of town. They enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.
