All you do is answer a few questions about your health symptoms using your computer, tablet or phone and request a virtual care ezVisit. Our doctor will review your symptoms and recommend treatment to you. You’ll hear back from the doctor within an hour. Your diagnosis and treatment recommendations – even a prescription if needed – will be sent to you online.

What can I be treated for?

Lexington ezVisit is highly effective at safely diagnosing and treating common, minor medical concerns.

Who can use Lexington ezVisit?

Anyone over 18 can create an account. You can also add dependents and children over the age of two to your account. Visits for anyone under 18 must be completed by a parent or guardian.

When is Lexington ezVisit available?

Lexington ezVisit is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How soon will I get a response?

A response is guaranteed within one hour.

How long does an ezVisit take?

It only takes about 5 – 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire about your symptoms. The number of questions depends on your answers and symptoms in order for the doctor to accurately diagnose your condition. Once you complete and submit your questionnaire, you will receive your diagnosis and treatment recommendations from the doctor within an hour.

If your condition is not suitable for online diagnosis and treatment, you will be told this immediately and will not be charged for your ezVisit. You will then receive referral information for the care you need.

Lexington Regional Health Center ezVisit treats conditions that can be safely diagnosed online. Based on your symptoms, if ezVisit is unable to provide a diagnosis or treatment plan, you will not be charged for your virtual visit. We will also recommend you to your primary care provider and offer resources for scheduling an appointment with Lexington Regional Health Center providers.
