Late Arrival Policy
To ensure that we are providing high quality care to all of our patients in a timely manner, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to honor your appointment with your provider.
No-Show Policy
If you are unable to make it to your appointment and do not cancel, this will be recorded as a no show. After 3 no-shows, you will only be able to be seen in the clinic on a walk-in basis for 6 months. After 6 months, you will be able to schedule an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
