Curtis is a native of Lexington and graduated from Lexington High School in 2006. He enjoys spending time with his two boys, Cayson and Ryken, and his wife, Skyler, who is also a Physical Therapist at Lexington Regional Health Center. In his free time he enjoys hunting, golfing and spending time at Johnson Lake in the summer.
