About Jamie
Jamie Slonecker is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner at Lexington Regional Health Center’s Family Medicine Specialists clinic. She has gained significant experience working in a private practice setting, nonprofit agencies and a medical clinic setting since 2010. Jamie has extensive training in Circle of Security: parenting training, along with additional evidence based therapy models. She is also a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapist (EMDR). Jamie is an Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Jamie’s primary interest is in the mental health treatment of adults, adolescents and children. Jamie is also an Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Jamie was born and raised in Lexington and is currently raising her family in the area. She enjoys living in a small town and spending time outdoors with her husband, two kids, and dogs.
