At Lexington Regional Health Center’s Walk-In Urgent & Primary Care clinic we treat non life-threatening injuries and illnesses from babies to adults.
If you are suffering from a life-threatening condition such as a heart attack, stroke, head injury, severe bleeding or trauma, call 911 immediately!
Our Urgent & Primary Care clinic is located in Lexington Regional Health Center, making us in close proximity to the Emergency Room in the event your condition worsens. Upon arrival, our team can assess your condition quickly and direct you to the Emergency Room if your condition warrants a higher level of care.

We are open 7 days a week with extended hours to help accommodate your busy schedule. Come in at any time throughout the day to be seen by one of our skilled providers.
Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday & Holidays 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

To provide the best comprehensive care at our Urgent & Primary Care clinic, please arrive one hour prior to closing time if you think you may need lab work, X-rays, or prescription medication.
Our busiest times are from 5:00 p.m. to closing time. By arriving one hour prior to closing time we can get your tests completed and fill your medication that day if your pharmacy is open.
