Nominating Statement
"Karen is incredibly sweet, friendly, and always brings a professional yet super approachable energy to HR. She is knowledgeable and understanding, and no matter how busy she gets, she always makes time for anyone who needs help.  Karen is incredibly flexible with her time and constantly goes above and beyond for all of us at LRHC. A perfect example of this was Hospital Week; she led the committee that came up with some amazing ideas that made the whole week so special for staff. She truly does so much for everyone here!"

Get to Know Karen Rojas
Karen has worked at LRHC since April 2022 in Human Resources. Karen graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a management emphasis in May 2024.

Karen enjoys spending time with her friends and family (husband, mom, and siblings), baking, volunteering, and traveling. She is grateful for her health.
