We accept a wide range of insurance plans. To see if your insurance is accepted, please visit our Billing & Insurance page for the most up-to-date information. If you have questions or don’t see your provider listed, please call our billing department at (308) 324-5651 — we’re happy to help!

You can pay your bill online through our payment portal. Alternatively, you can stop into our business office to pay in person.

Our clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (walk-ins only on weekends). During the week, it is preferred to schedule an appointment.

You can view your medical records on our patient portal. If you are not enrolled, you can call the medical records department to get enrolled or register yourself via the portal link. If you have any questions, please call the Medical Records Department at (308) 324-8309.

Please bring a valid ID, your insurance card, and any relevant medical records or medications you are currently taking. If you have any specific forms or documents requested by our office, please bring those as well.

Yes, we accept walk-in appointments at all rural health clinics during our regular business hours. However, availability and wait times will vary depending on patient volumes.  We highly encourage all patients to schedule an appointment as this allows for more time with their provider and decreases wait times to see your provider.
