As the year comes to a close, here are a few important reminders to help you stay on top of your health.


Before the Year Ends

  • Schedule your annual wellness exam – Often fully covered by insurance. Call Family Medicine Specialists Clinic at (308) 324-8308 to book your appointment.
  • Refill prescriptions – Make sure you have what you need before possible insurance changes in the new year. Call your provider at (308) 324-8308 or your local pharmacy.
  • Access your medical records – Ensure you have copies for your personal files. Contact the Medical Records Department at (308) 324-8309.

Financial Assistance
If you need help navigating financial resources or applying for Medicaid, our financial counseling team is here for you. Call (308) 324-8308 for assistance.
