Matt Klinginsmith Voted October 2026 Employee of the Month
Nominating Statement
"Matt has brought a collaborative approach to LRHC. He has built relationships across departments, creating a true team environment. Matt's willingness to listen, communicate, adapt and work alongside physicians, anesthesia providers, nurses, and other vital team members has strengthened the way we all work together to improve process for the safety and wellbeing of the patients we care for. One specific contribution has been medication charting processes. Matt engaged team members to implement meaningful solutions to streamline workflow, reduce unnecessary redundancy, and allowed clinical staff to spend more of its time and focus where it matters most, providing safe, high-quality care to our patients. Matt's approach demonstrates that process improvement is not simply about efficiency, it is about creating an environment in which every member of the healthcare team can perform at their best. What makes Matt especially deserving of recognition is the positive impact he and his team has made on the culture of LRHC. He leads through collaboration rather than authority, finding solutions as a team, consistently looking to make things better for staff to improve patient safety and care at our hospital. I believe Matt exemplifies the qualities of Employee of the Month and deserves to be recognized for his dedication, leadership, and commitment to LRHC and its patients."
