Originally from Oklahoma and raised on a horse farm in Texas, Dr. Doss brings a unique blend of rural values and advanced clinical training to his practice. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, followed by his Master of Public Health and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Dr. Doss just completed a combined Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine residency in Shreveport, Louisiana. This highly specialized program is one of only three in the country—and the only one located outside of the Northeast—preparing him to care for patients across a wide range of settings and needs.
He and his wife, Rachel, are the parents of two young sons. Outside of medicine, Dr. Doss enjoys spending time with his family, working on home projects, writing, and reading. He and his family are excited to be part of the Lexington community.
