Get to Know Dusty Ell
Dusty has worked at LRHC since April 2011 and is currently the Lead Centralized Scheduler. Dusty’s first degree was in Cosmetology. She then attended Northeast Community College for nursing, but ultimately decided it wasn’t the right path. Dusty earned her CNA and worked as an aide before starting at LRHC as a ward clerk. She later transitioned to prior authorization, which eventually led to helping build the Centralized Scheduled department.

Dusty has been married to the love of her life, Patrick, for 28 years. They have two children, Chase and Hagen, a bonus daughter, Lauren, a bonus son, Colton, and one grandchild, Sloane. Dusty enjoys spending time her family and granddaughter. She loves to shop, although her pocketbook doesn’t always love it. Dusty says “put me in the mountains with my family and I couldn’t be happier.” Dusty is grateful for God, family, and friends that support her in every stage of life.

“The best part of working at LRHC are having people who understand me and are more like family than co-workers, and an amazing supervisor team that will listen to ideas on how to move the centralized scheduling department forward and offer support wherever they can.”
