Kirsten Faessler

Nominating Statement

"Kirsten is always running, sometimes too quick to catch, but is always willing to come back with a follow through. Some say her jokes aren't always funny, but she definitely puts a smile on our faces. She is strong willed, dedicated and definitely more than deserving to be recognized for her hard work for our facility."

Get to Know Kirsten Faessler

Kirsten has worked at LRHC since June 1996 and has been serving as Chief Operating Officer and Clinic Administrator since 2020. She worked as a Physical Therapist at LRHC for 14 years before transitioning to the Director of Rehabilitation Services. Kirsten received her Master’s of Physical Therapy degree from UNMC.

Kirsten is the baby of five siblings and the proud aunt of 10 nieces/nephews and 21 great-nieces/nephews. She enjoys working outside in her yard (or anyone’s yard), mowing and landscaping. It is a great reminder of what really matters at the end of the day and how very important it is to spend time with those that mean so very much to us.”

“I have appreciated working with all the patients and their loved ones over the past 29 years. It has been inspiring and humbling to listen to their stories, hear about their journeys, and learn how we can positively impact their lives.”
