Summer Recipes: Sauteed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Margarine (trans-fat-free)
- 2 Large Granny Smith Apples (peeled and chopped)
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Honey Or 2 packets Artificial Sweetener
Instructions:
- Heat margarine in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add apples and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally
