Sauteed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp Margarine (trans-fat-free)
  • 2 Large Granny Smith Apples (peeled and chopped)
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Honey Or 2 packets Artificial Sweetener

Instructions:

  1. Heat margarine in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add apples and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally
