They Did It! Meet the LRHC Duo Who Just Graduated from Nebraska’s Elite Leadership Program!
Lexington, NE - Lexington Regional Health Center is excited to announce that Hannah Hild, Director of Outpatient Services and Jessi Linder, Chief Facility Safety Officer, completed the 10-month Leadership Institute course offered by the Nebraska Hospital Association. This course allowed Hannah and Jessi to enhance their leadership skills through many interactive sessions, tailored specifically to healthcare. The Nebraska Hospital Association Leadership Institute gives professionals the resources they need to grow their abilities to lead. By completing this course, they will be better equipped with executive abilities to enhance the organization.
The Nebraska Hospital Association allows approximately 40 healthcare professionals around the state to push themselves further in their education through this course. During the 10 months, the Leadership Institute was taught by expert faculty with vast backgrounds. Spanning from management, human services, business, and healthcare administration, these professionals receive excellent learning experience.

About Leadership Institute
The NHA Leadership Institute is an initiative that is made up of a comprehensive curriculum that combines core leadership competency working sessions and multiple layers of applied practice in health care. Coursework focuses on the unique challenges and organizational management techniques facing hospitals. The Institute is geared toward providing middle management and up-and-coming leaders within your hospital with the necessary skills to become exceptional leaders and put them on the path to senior management positions. It is vital for CEOs to develop the leadership pipeline to ensure effective succession planning while enhancing employees’ contributions to the organization.
The Nebraska Hospital Association Leadership Institute’s mission is to advance the effectiveness of hospitals by providing a quality environment for professional development and support of health care leaders. Knowledgeable instructors from Bellevue University are ready to steer participants toward professional success and engage them on the pressing issues hospitals encounter.
