What is Ideal Protein?

Our Ideal Protein Clinic offers you a medically designed weight and lifestyle management protocol based on validated science for safe weight loss. This four-phase protocol features one-on-one personalized weight management coaching and healthier lifestyle education.

The Ideal Protein protocol focuses on burning fat and maintaining lean mass. If the protocol is strictly followed, on average, women lose approximately 2-4 pounds per week and men lose approximately 3-5 pounds per week. Phase 1 and 2 are to be followed until your weight loss goal is achieved. You also focus on building healthy lifestyle habits. Phase 3 & 4 are introduced to help achieve weight maintenance and apply lessons learned during lifestyle building.

All of our Ideal Protein clients are screened to ensure the protocol is safe for their health. We are able to accommodate most chronic health issues and will work alongside your healthcare provider.

Please contact us to sign up for a complimentary consultation. During your complimentary consultation, we will share more about the protocol and calculate your body fat percentage, lean mass percentage, body measurements, and weight.

Once receiving your complimentary consultation, if you choose to continue with the Ideal Protein Protocol, we will set you up with a starter kit and weekly weigh-in appointments with one of our trained Ideal Protein coaches to motivate and encourage you along the way.

Coach Mariana: Mariana has been an Ideal Protein Coach for 8 years. She loves helping her clients reach their goals and enjoys teaching healthy lifestyle habits to maintain improved health. Mariana is fluent in both English and Spanish. Mariana grew up in Mexico, moving to the United States in 2003. Since then, she has resided in Lexington, Nebraska. She loves helping her clients who are connected to their favorite cultural foods and finding healthier alternatives!
