Lexington Regional Health Center is excited to share that Tara Naprstek, Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Finance has received the Lexington Chamber of Commerce Presidential Award.
The Presidential Award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership within the community over the past year. Tara Naprstek’ s remarkable contributions and unwavering dedication have earned her this esteemed recognition.
Throughout the past year, Tara has exemplified extraordinary leadership, both within the healthcare center and throughout the Lexington community. Her tireless efforts to enhance Lexington’s well-being have made a profound impact on all those fortunate enough to collaborate with her.
Tara’s commitment to community service is exemplified by her longstanding involvement with various organizations. Since 2011, she has served on the Lexington United Way Board, assuming the role of president in 2012. Additionally, Tara has been a dedicated member of the Lexington Community Foundation Board since 2021, volunteering nearly 50 hours last year alone. Her role as secretary/treasurer for the Council of Economic Development further underscores her dedication to advancing the city’s prosperity and welfare.
What truly distinguishes Tara is her hands-on approach and unwavering determination to effect positive change. Whether addressing complex compliance issues or spearheading community initiatives, Tara tackles every challenge with positivity, integrity, and compassion.
