“I couldn’t kneel down. I took lots of bottles of medication just to keep the pain down. Since I’ve had my knees replaced, I don’t take anything. Dr. Scheer told me that you can do anything with these new knees that I could do with my old knees and he’s right, you can. It was just like I was a new person. I’m doing things that I haven’t done in years. I also went through the Rehab here at Lexington and I enjoyed it, they were all good to me. I enjoyed the fact that they came out to my house for three weeks to do rehab, I don’t have anything bad to say about any of it. Kirsten was so good to work with and when I had my second knee done, Kirsten let me have my same Therapy people help me on this knee.”
