Our board certified pulmonologist Dr. Ganatra from Hastings Pulmonary & Sleep Clinic visits the first Tuesday of every month. On days that Dr. Ganatra is not in Lexington, our respiratory therapy department is able to provide pulmonary rehabilitation and diagnostic pulmonary testing. Dr. Ganatra is available to interpret pulmonary diagnostic studies, including pulmonary function tests and sleep tests. He can diagnose and treat various acute and chronic respiratory diseases including but not limited to:
- Acute respiratory distress syndrome
- Asthma
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- Sleep apnea
You should consider visiting a pulmonologist if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Chest pain
- Coughing
- Gasping for breath at night
- Shortness of breath
- Snoring
- Wheezing
