We offer prevention and treatment of injuries due to sports or exercise. Whether you’ve been suffering from an injury for a month or a year, we want to help you get back to your active lifestyle. Common injuries include joint pain, back injuries, muscle sprains, and tendonitis.

During your visit, you and your provider will discuss your personal and family health history. You will go over your current health condition and any prescriptions you may be taking. Your vitals will be taken to establish a baseline for your care. We will ensure that you are up to date on any preventive screenings you may need. A plan of care will be established to fit your individual needs.

Well-woman exams vary slightly depending on your age and medical history. Pap smear, breast exams, and mammograms may be necessary. We want you to feel comfortable addressing any questions and concerns that you have. There are many changes women experience in their lives and we can help you navigate those.
