Lexington Regional Health Center Introduces Modified Barium Swallow Studies

Lexington, NE – April 1, 2025 – Lexington Regional Health Center (LRHC) is thrilled to announce the addition of Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) to our range of services, in collaboration with our Radiology and Speech Therapy departments. This new service will be available every Tuesday and requires a provider’s order. What is MBSS? A Modified Barium Swallow Study provides a direct view of oral, pharyngeal, and upper esophageal function via X-ray.
