Maria Reyes awarded Community Health Worker Making a Difference Award

Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccinations

Lexington Regional Health Center will be having another COVID-19 vaccination clinic for all children ages 5 to 11 years old on Sunday, November 28th from 3:00-4:00pm. Pfizer was recently granted Emergency Use Authorization of their pediatric dosage COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 to 11 years old. New Year’s Baby 2021

Lexington Regional Health Center’s first baby of 2021 waas Zakir Ahmed Hussein. He was born 1/1/2021 at 12:25am to parents Fatuma Salal and Ahmed Issack. Zakir was welcomed home by two older siblings. Dr. Kyle Klammer was the delivering doctor. 

COVID-19 Vaccine

Lexington Regional Health Center received 200 doses of the COVID-19 Moderna vaccine on the week of 12/21/2020. We are following the State of Nebraska and Two Rivers Public Health Departments Plan outlining their recommendations as to who should receive the vaccine in Phase 1A of vaccine distribution.
